I have been operating a childcare out of my home for about seven years. Before opening my own business I worked in the nursing profession. One of the things I do on the side is teach parents the time tested parenting techniques of Love and Logic and as a facilitator of becoming a Love and Logic Parent I get to help parents and children.I also spend Sunday mornings teaching sunday school to K-2nd graders Working with children I feel I have found my passion and plan on running my childcare for many years to come.
Here at Shae's Tiny Tikes Childcare Children grow and learn by having lightly structured activities in a safe learning enviornment. That's why we offer an award winning preschool/toddler curriculum that parents and children love. Our curriculum has activities for dramatic play, math/science, music/movement, arts/crafts as well as circle time, story time, and school time which is where we go over our letters, numbers, colors, shapes, weather wheel, patterns, phonics and calander work. http://www.funshineexpress.com/
I have two huge fenced playyards as well as three large indoor playrooms. Children have lots of room to explore and learn.I love my job and love to play and encourage kids. We offer all the benefits of a large center with a home away from home atmoshpere.
I believe that every parent deserves to have quality childcare at a reasonable price. I offer low rates with a variety of payment options. We only serve USDA food program approved meals and snacks.
I have tons of references both from past and present clients. My staff have all passed extensive background checks and have training in pediatric first aid, food handling, and yearly training in the childcare profession. I truly love children and look forward to making your child a part of our family.
My son was cared for by Shae for 5 years. She gave him all of the love and attention that I would give him if I were a stay at home mom. Shae's was so much more than just "daycare"; she provided a home away from home. My son is older now, and does not need childcare, but I know he will look back on his time there with fond memories. That in itself is priceless. Thank you, Shae, for all that you have done!
